Alexander Hakopian asked me to design a crisp, clean identity that alluded to a newspaper and made historic references. I incorporated a 'newspaper' typeface and brought in color to keep it looking up-to-date. In the web application, I drew from details of desaturated photos that subtly related to the topic described.
